YOU CAN BE A "GENERIC" CHRISTIAN

You can be just a Christian! Does that sound strange? With over 1000 religious organizations in our country, it might seem impossible to be a Christian without being a part of one these man-made denominations. It's not only possible but there are millions of "generic Christians" in this and other nations.

It is obvious to thinking people that the religious world is badly divided. Great leaders such as Martin Luther and John Calvin sought to correct erroneous teachings and practices, but with different points of views and backgrounds, these reformers didn't go totally back to the bible, as a result, division rather than unity was the outcome, even though not intended.

Just as the early disciples were Christians only some 1900 yrs later, we too can be 'generic' Christians if we'll follow the same teachings given to those first followers of Jesus the Christ. The seed being the word of God, then surely if planted in the hearts of men today the same reproduction process will produce Christians again like before, nothing more, nothing less. There is no mention in the scriptures of brands or hyphenated Christians whatsoever! Consider what the Spirit sayeth!
